The Temple Book of Remembrance - 5786

This booklet will include the Yizkor service, names inscribed on our memorial boards, and names submitted by you. It will be used during Yizkor services on Yom Kippur, Shemini Atzeret, Pesach and Shavuot. As The Temple has done in the past, you can remember any loved ones in the Book of Remembrance. 

If you have purchased a memorial plaque prior to July 1, 2025, the name of your loved one will automatically appear, listed in the beginning of the booklet.

To be included in this year’s book of remembrance, please complete this form by Monday, September 8.
